In addition to updates about your order, we'll send you video or image(s) of your furniture as it gets packed for shipment. This gives you peace of mind in knowing that your piece is on its way and is as expected.
If your item arrives damaged, we ask that you follow the steps outlined in your order confirmation email.
If the damage is catastrophic, we'll re-make the damaged piece. If it isn't, we'll have someone there to fix it ASAP. Either way, you have our commitment to helping you maintain your relationship with your customers.
The only acceptable outcome of our relationship is for you to be delighted with us and your furniture!
Choose no-charge options on five pieces just for telling us how we can best serve you. ( Drawers, material, finish or hardware upgrades, or anything else reasonable )
